Womp womp. No boss likes to lay-off people (I hope at least), but Oprah had to take control of her failing Oprah Winfrey Network, cutting nearly 20% of the staff, although that's just 30 full-time employees. As WT411 reported, Rosie got the axe over the weekend.

More trouble for Oprah Winfrey's struggling network, OWN. When will she pull the plug? I give it two more years… sorry Opes! Oprah cancelled Rosie O'Donnell's 7pm talk show because of low ratings. She said "[Rosie] has been an incredible partner, working to deliver the best possible show every single day." Rosie said in a statement "It was a great year for me. I wish the show was able to attract more viewers -- but it did not. So I am headed back to my home in New York. With gratitude. On we go!" Good luck, Rosie!

Okay, I have NEVER seen Chelsea Handler get anywhere near emotional, so this video is something of a revelation. Chelsea Handler appeared on The Rosie Show to talk about her life, career, and family tragedies. The tears started flowing when Chelsea told Rosie about the death of her mother. The comedian said "my dad was in total denial… And [my mom] was like 'he doesn't get that I'm dying and he needs to get it,'" at which point Chelsea started yelling "Dad, you need to get it, she's dying!"
After calming down, Chelsea was the one who had to help her father come to terms with the fact that her mother was passing away… Chelsea says "It was a really emotional moment, I think that's probably when I became an adult."

Rosie says that the first time she saw Michelle, "I thought she was a 28-year-old heterosexual girl, because that's what she looked like to me." 49-year-old Rosie was delighted to learn that "She's a 40-year-old gay woman!" Congrats and good luck to the happy pair!

Looks like Rosie O'Donnell put a ring on it! After telling her studio audience during a taping of The Rosie Show, the host and comedienne tweeted a pic of her girlfriend-turned-fiancé Michelle Rounds flauntin' the ring.
Although Rosounds (Rosie+Rounds… work? Maybe not) just met several months ago and made their 1st public appearance together in September, Rosie is downright smitten and wastin' no time. Rumor has it they're going to marry over the holidays! Congrats Rosie!!

Forget about man's best friend. For Rosie O'Donnell, her new girlfriend Michelle Rounds wouldn't be around without the assistance from a small Pomeranian pooch.
Talking about her newfound love on The Rosie Show, O'Donnell said, "When I met her she was in Starbucks holding the dog, and I walked in and I thought she was like a 28-year-old heterosexual, and I thought, Oh, I'll just chat her up. And I was like, 'Oh, I'm trying to get one of those dogs for my daughter.'"

I can't get over Donald Trump's coif, and Donald Trump can't get over his disturbing hatred for comedian Rosie O'Donnell. Hey sus!
Last night, the 63-year-old mogul didn't shy away from telling Extra exactly what he thinks of the actress at the premiere of the Broadway production of Come Fly Away: “She’s a loser. Her other shows didn’t do well, this one won’t do well. Everything she touches is a failure, she’s a failure.”
This odd throwdown began in 2006 when O'Donnell called-out Trump as "snake-oil salesman" on The View. Ouch!
