This week, Heidi Montag and her on-and-off again, spawn of Satan, sex tape selling, crystal rubbing, beard trimming, party crashing husband Spencer Pratt were seen trying to get away with a secret rendezvous in Costa Rica! But they can't fool us!
While being snapped by photogs, people started noticing Heidi Montag's use of surgical tape around her nose. She explains: "I've had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. I don't want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson's."
Hmm....Thoughts?! Yikes!

Yesterday, Botox-ed babes around Hollywood were doing their best to tear-up and show emotion following news that beloved plastic surgeon to the stars, Dr. Frank Ryan, was killed in a tragic accident.
After Franken-Heidi Montag came-out with statements about what a life-changer Frank Ryan was before his passing (UNDERSTATEMENT), his ex-girlfriend of three years, PR-super-hero Charmaine Blake, dished: "He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff."

"Glee" Star Charice Gets Botox

Aww man! It's a sad day in Hollywood when barely legal babes go under the knife for the perfect look! Upcoming Glee queen, 18-year-old Charice Pempengco is denying up-and-down that she underwent Botox to change her face, but unfortunately, the proof is in the puffing.
The Associated Press reports that Charice visited cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo to achieve a more "naturally round face" that looks more narrow.
Charice's rep denies that these changes were made for her upcoming role on Glee and states that they were done to "relieve a jaw problem similar to TMJ."
"You've seen her face - she doesn't have a wrinkle in it so she wouldn't need it for cosmetic purposes. The Glee people are thrilled with the way she looks which is why she got the part."

The Firestarter cutie is now 35 years old and is wisely not ruling out plastic surgery. "I don't want to be vain or fearful, and I don't think I'll do anything, but if I want to do something I will. From my perspective, there's no reason to be afraid of aging, because if you age, you're lucky! The alternative is death."
Leave it to Drew Barrymore to spout off cute spiritual insights like it ain't no thang!
Drew's next film is the romantic comedy Going the Distance, which stars ex-boyfriend and former Jeeper Creeper Justin Long. She says of her troubled romantic life, "So I didn't settle with the wrong person yet. Big deal!"

It turns out Kate Gosselin's pointless bodyguard offered more than just security — he offered plastic surgery advice!
The 35-year-old single mother of eight has used the same bodyguard for three years and the two have grown extremely close. A source reports, "Kate was going to have one kind of breast augmentation, but she changed her mind after talking to [her bodyguard] Steve about what would look best."
It’s always good to get a man's perspective before getting a b00b job, ladies! Just take their advice with a grain of salt.

In an interview with Nightline last night, Kim Kardashian along with her gaggle of beyotches, sister Khloe and Kourtney and mother beast Kris went on camera to straighten-out all of these "wackadoo" rumros claiming Kim Kardashian is plumped, tucked, and nipped! She says she aint!
"I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."
Kris Jenner couldn't keep her trap closed! And when her wee baby with the biggest and most profitable behind declared that she'd never had a nose job, Kris added: "None of us have had our nose done."
Kim added: "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done...I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't--I wouldn't look the same."

A source close to the silicone commando reveals that Heidi “cries every night. She’s a wreck over what she’s done to herself.” The source also claims that Heidi’s biggest regrets are her triple-D mega ta-tas and shaving down her chin. “And she’s telling friends, ‘I made a mistake!”
