Uh oh, is Mel Gibson drinking his crazy juice booze again? Joe Eszterhas, the screenwriter of Gibson's failed Maccabee project claims in a letter Mel once ranted about John Lennon saying, "I'm glad he's dead. He deserved to be shot…" Eszterhas also claims Gibson wanted to stab Oskana Grigorieva and called William Morris boss Ari Emanuel a derogatory Jewish name.
Mel responded saying, "I have your letter. I am not going to respond to it line by line, but I will say that the great majority of the facts as well as the statements and actions attributed to me in your letter are utter fabrications."
Regardless of who is telling the truth, this stuff is so disgusting and disturbing.

After delaying his $20,000 monthly child support payments, Mel Gibson and his baby mama/mistress, Oksana Grigorieva, have reached a settlement:
- Mel will pay $20,000 in child support.
- Mel will pay the mortgage on the couple's million dollar home until their daughter Lucia turns 18.
- Mel will pay Oksana $750,000 in three installments for withholding funds from his baby mama.
- Oksana is not allowed to release any more tapes of Mel threatening to do anything to her...not bury her in the rose garden...nuffin!

TMZ reports that after months speculating just what kind of charges Mel Gibson would get b*tch-slapped with, this morning sources reveal that it won't be felony domestic violence, but misdemeanor battery.
Thanks to cutting a hefty deal, and probably hanging over one or ten of his international properties, The Beaver star will plea "no contest" to the charges. Mel will certainly not be sentenced to any jail time for his crimes, will pay a hefty fine and will be required to attend counseling. Easy, breezy, beautiful lady hating--What Women Want wart. After all of that?!

Will this eerie-looking former couple ever make amends? Probably not. Braveheart star Mel Gibson was more than just a little bit p.o.ed today when Oksana refused to hand over baby Lucia for Mel's pre-arranged overnight visit. According to TMZ, when Mel's nanny arrived at Oksana's place at the scheduled time, Oksana would not open the door!
A stand-off ensued, and Mel's nanny had to wait two hours before Oksana would give up baby Lucia. Things got so bad that Mel threatened to call he cops. According to Oksana's people, there was a pre-arranged agreement to give Oksana two more hours because Mel did the same thing the previous week.

No not Mel's head on a platter! The Mad Max actor WILL be paying Oksana $60,000 in back child support payments and a cool $20,000 a month until the child is 18! Ouch!

Under current orders, the rich-alcoholico is paying a measly $5,000 a month for their love-child Lucia and she wants MORE than $40,000! Am I crazy for thinking she deserves it?
Oksana currently recieves $2,5000 from Timothy Dalton for their 13-year-old son Alexander and even though that kiddo is gonna need the hottest gear and a car in no time, the infant deserves 20 times as much as he does!
