Simon Cowell is notoriously tough on performers, but I'm not sure he deserved to get egged! During the finale of Britain's Got Talent, viola player Natalie Holt showed off another talent of hers: egg tossing! While two of her fellow competitors were singing, Natalie rushed on the stage and began hurling eggs at Simon. She got off five before security rushed in.

After the show Natalie release a statement saying, "I want to apologize to Richard and Adam for overshadowing their performance. I've never done anything like this before and in hindsight I have realized it was a silly thing to do." Cowell tweeted, "I don't think eggs should be allowed on talent shows. Discuss?"

WDYT: Did Simon deserve to be egged?!

Was the Simon Cowell egging incident staged on "Britain's Got Talent"?

Possibly the best mashups of the year, the folks over at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon have edited clips of NBC News' Brian Williams to make him a gangster rapper. Following up the classic Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg "Nuthin' but a 'G' Thang" mashup, Fallon's people had Williams take on Warren G's "Regulate" for his second rap!

ABC Ready To Dump Katie Couric

June 06, 2013 | 02:54 PM PDT

Filed under: Katie Couric, New TV, Rumorville, ABC

Has Katie Couric's popularity officially vanished?
Katie Couric's daytime talk show titled simply Katie is brutally boring, and the ratings are reflecting it. According to sources connected with ABC, the network is frantically looking for a viable way to cancel the show. One studio executive says the show is "one of the biggest failures ever in syndication. Terrible ratings, no growth, shouldn't be on the air. Where did it miss the mark? Let's start with her, she is dreadfully boring. The show offers nothing new to the audience, nothing to say."

Ouch. Maybe Katie should stick to the hard news?

June 02, 2013 | 01:48 PM PDT

Filed under: New TV, Awards, YouTube

On Thursday's episode of Wheel of Fortune, a woman from California hit the jackpot as she won the $1 million grand prize! It's the second time in the show's 30-year history that someone has won a million buckaroos.

For the final puzzle, Autumn Ernhard had just three letters on the board, but somehow managed to correctly identify the "thing" they were looking for: TOUGH WORKOUT.

Pretty sweet!

Would you rather be friends with Brandi Glanville over LeAnn Rimes?

"Hmmm… How could we be even more annoying? Oh! We should do our own show!" That's what I imagine LeAnn Rimes is thinking, because OMG who wants to watch her and her cheating hubby Eddie Cibrian on a TV show?! Maybe it's just me…

LeAnn tells Us Magazine, "We've been talking about a show. It's not a reality show. If anything, it would be based around our normal lives, but it would be scripted. We want to take our lives and laugh as much at ourselves as we think other people do."

According to reports, Rimes and Cibrian's sitcom would be a fictional series based on their lives, sort of like Curb Your Enthusiasm. The only difference is that Larry David is HILARIOUS and these too aren't. Barf. Next story.

Leaving "Two & a Half Men," is Angus T. Jones' career about to crumble?
After saying the hit show that has paid him millions of dollars is "filth," it should come as no surprise that Angus T. Jones is leaving Two and a Half Men. That leaves Jon Cryer as the only original cast member as the series heads into its 11th season. Word is CBS is looking to cast a young female character in her late teens or twenties who shows up on the doorstep searching for her father Charlie Harper (Sheen's old character).

No casting rumors have been revealed, or whether the show plans to change its name.

Who would you like to see join the show?

Do you think James Lipton has any acting talent himself?
Inside the Actors Studio and one of Will Ferrell's best SNL characters, James Lipton says he was a pimp back in the 1950s in Paris. Celebrating Inside the Actors Studio's 250th episode with a two-hour special, Lipton reveals, "It was only a few years after the war. Paris was different then, still poor. Men couldn't get jobs and, in the male chauvinist Paris of that time, the women couldn't get work at all. It was perfectly respectable for them to go into le milieu (The underworld of crime)."

Who else wants to see Will Ferrell turn this into an amazing SNL flashback sketch next season??

Cutie pie Adam Levine made a not-so-cute comment on Tuesday's episode of The Voice. After two of his three remaining singers were given the boot by fans, Adam's very hot mic captured the Maroon 5 singer saying, "I hate this country."

Yetserday Adam released a statement regarding the incident: "I obviously love my country very much and my comments last night were made purely out of frustration. Being a part of The Voice, I am passionately invested in my team and want to see my artists succeed."

Big deal? Or come on people, ease up on the sensitivity!?

Would "Idol" regain its dominance if Simon Cowell returned to the show?

The X Factor is all staffed up with the additions of Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio, but American Idol is still in need of some fresh faces. With Randy Jackson officially gone and Keith Urban, Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj all expected to leave, the show has at least three seats to fill before season 13 takes off next fall.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, former Idol finalist Jennifer Hudson is in negotiations to join the show. Other Idol alums including Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken and Adam Lambert have also been rumored to be in the mix, although Clarkson's manager has flat-out denied the gossip.

JHudson has got my vote to join the show: easy on the eyes, insanely talented, and knows what she's talking about. That'd be rather refreshing!
