Keanu Reeves has written a book called Ode To Sadness, that is filled with horribly sad lines like "I draw a hot sorrow bath in my despair room," but I guess it's meant to be funny.
Keanu says he came up with the idea when he was at his friend's house. "This [radio] station was playing, like, an orgy of depressing, self-pitying, nostalgic music ... It was so voluptuously horrible. And I just started to write on this piece of paper, because I had this image of, you know, that moment when you take a bath, you light that candle, and you're really just kind of depressed. And it was making [my friend] laugh so hard, I just kept going, piling on the self-pity."
So that's what it's like to hang out with Keanu Reeves. No thanks.

The Matrix squinter was spotted over the weekend at the Tribute to the French Cinema and the Tribute to James Caan during the 2010 Marrakech Film Festival in Marrakech, Morocco. Pretty smokin'!

Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron weren't just exchanging c-list industry horror stories last night over dinner, they were sharing smooches!
After dining at Beverly Hills' Bouchon restaurant, the cuties shared a long and lovely (hands UNDER the jacket) hug goodbye. Wonder if they rendezvoused later?!
