howard stern

The King of All Media, Howard Stern, made a 7-year-old rapper cry on America's Got Talent this week. Stern was first to hit his "X" buzzer when Mir Money started rapping about "zeros and commas." What's interesting is what happened after. Mir Money started crying the minute Howard opened his mouth, and Howard was immediately remorseful. He came on stage and told him "I've met many great rappers… none of them are quite as great as you." He later told the audience "this job is too rough for me. I don't really want to do it anymore." Howard Stern, we expected you to bring on the evil! What's with this soft side?

Although sometimes offensive, do you respect Howard Stern's honesty?

He's been on a publicity tour for next week's America's Got Talent premiere, so naturally Howard Stern's been dropping some controversial statements. Speaking at a press conference, the radio jock was asked about Simon Cowell's hiring of Britney Spears for the next season of The X Factor.

"I think we're going to tune in to see her, to see if she can function through the thing," Stern said. "As far as any real criticism, I think Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid will do that. I think Britney will sit there and eat a lollipop and wear a sexy outfit. I'll tune in to see what kind of train wreck she is, absolutely."

Oh Howard. Always one for offending (But I love the honesty!).

Do you think NBC will be forced to fire Howard Stern from "AGT"?
The new season of America's Got Talent premieres on May 14th, but the show is already attracting tons of press due to its new judge Howard Stern. This week the Parents Television Council launched a campaign calling for sponsors to pull their ads from the show due to Howard's "sleaze and misogyny."

Personally, I love the hiring of Kenny G Howard Stern to the show. I'm so sick and tired of judges always being positive, saying how wonderful EVERY performance was (Looking at you, The Sing-Off, Idol, Voice). Yes, Howard will be Howard, but he won't be saying anything too offensive like he does on the radio show. Chill, Parents Television Council.

Will Howard Stern tone down his act as judge on "America's Got Talent"?

Am I the only person who thinks it's absolutely genius for Howard Stern to replace Piers Morgan as judge on America's Got Talent? I have to admit, I am closet Howard Stern fan, and Private Parts is like, one of my fave movies. Stern tells Piers that he thinks it's outrageous for groups like the Parents Television Council to object to Stern's casting. Stern argues that when previous judge David Hasselhoff, no one worried that he was a bad influence even though he was in a very public battle with alcoholism. Good point, Howard!

Stern also says that he thinks it's irresponsible for parents to let their little kids perform in the show and leave their children open for judging and scrutiny. But Howard, they're just so cute!

Howard Stern Joins "America's Got Talent"

Will Howard Stern be better on "America's Got Talent" than Piers Morgan?
America's Got Talent's face-lift not only includes an upgrade to New York City, but as Piers Morgan says "Peace out, butt-heads" for CNN, the wackadoo panel makes room for morning radio show host and mostly mosaginst Kenny G. lookalike, Howard Stern. Eek!

He said he was signing the contract on the air as he talked.

The peeps at NBC are excited to have the bad boy join their crew and believe that his horn-dog approach to life's will add a breath of fresh air. Hm?

Once upon a time, Howard Stern was done-FIRED from NBC. See who has the last laugh, and a multi-million Sirius contract now, jabronis!

Alec Baldwin Needs A New "Rock"

Is Alec Baldwin more critical to 30 Rock than Tina Fey?
In the biz for over 30 years, Alec Baldwin's speaking out on what he'll do after 30 Rock. Um, vacation/retire/enjoy your fortune?! Nope, the oldest and most successful Baldwin brother is taking aim at hosting his very own show on New York Public Radio. Scared Howard?

As for returning as Jack Donaghy after the upcoming season: "I might," he said. "But I really do want to move on to other things." No! Say it ain't so, Jack!

Howard Stern Likes Him Some Miley

Original shock jock Howard Stern, not to be confused with the late Anna Nicole Smith's weirdo attorney, had some surprising things to say about sexy jail bait Miley Cyrus. Would you believe that Howard is actually a fan?? Well, not a fan in the way that we're a fan of Milley Cyrus...

He's more a fan in the "creepy old man" vein! Yikes!

Howard Stern is Too Good for "American Idol"

April 24, 2010 | 02:13 PM PDT

Filed under: Howard Stern, American Idol

When producers of mega-hit American Idol asked Howard Stern to replace Simon Cowell when he leaves next year, Howard famously demanded that they pay him $100,000,000 to take the gig. Yow!

Though the price tag sounds ridiculously high to you and me, remember that Howard’s 5-year contract for his radio show cost Sirius Radio half a billion dollars!

When FOX refused to pay-up, claiming that it’s more than twice what Simon Cowell made, Howard changed his tune saying that he’s just too darn good for American Idol. Ha!

Be honest: Do you think Gabourey Sidibe should lose weight?

It's odd that Hollywood has decided to take such outspoken sides when it comes to Precious star Gabourey Sidibe's weight: fist pumping saying "Rock on with your bad self!" while other point the finger of shame.

Well actor turned radio host, Jamie Foxx declared war against outspoken shock jock Howard Stern saying: "I hope that this feud gets us hot, because Howard hasn't really made a big splash in a long time."

And Howard couldn't care less! Stern who criticized Oprah's praise of Gabourey saying: “She’s telling an enormous woman the size of a planet that she’s going to have a career?!” responded to Foxx: "I'm not … gonna sit here and take it and listen to some bulls**t. Jamie's not a friend of mine." What do you think?

Howard Stern, who recently hosted the Tiger Woods Mistress Beauty Pageant, has been coming under fire for slamming Gabourey Sidibe’s weight, saying that she is too overweight to be healthy and that she will never get another role.

Well, she got another role in The Big C with Laura Linney (which we reported on earlier) and Howard still doesn’t think he’s said anything wrong, claiming that if Gabourey doesn’t take the weight off she’ll likely end up sick or dead! Eek!

Howard has some valid point, and is always known for bringing-up the elephant in the room, but we think he’s perhaps being a tad too harsh. We love Gabourey and don’t think she should listen to Howard!

Listen and decide for yourself!
