She told the crowd "For a while I walked around figuring out what will they say and what will they think about me. But now I tell you I don’t live my life for folk. This child that I’m carrying, God has given me this child."
Fantasia continued, "And I don’t have to hide it from none of y’all!"

Halle Berry is being considered for the role of Aretha Franklin in a biopic abou the diva.
Aretha herself says "I just saw her at the curtain of Oprah's farewell event and she let me know that she still wants to play the role and she didn’t know that she wasn’t expected to sing. I told her, ‘No, we never expected you to sing, we already knew you weren’t a singer!’ However, I do think she could pull it off." Hmm. Will it be weird if Berry doesn't really do the singing?

I'm not one to give relationship advice but...On second thought- I LOVE giving relationship advice, I just wish I could return the favor to myself! But American Idol Fantasia Barrino needs relationship advice as much as Heidi Montag needs therapy.
After attempting suicide over her married ex-boyfriend, and then getting sued by his wife, Fantasia continues to talk to the cheating loser! Radar Online reports "Fantasia has spoken to Antwuan since she left the hospital but nobody knows if they will get back together again."

After having her first baby at 16-years-old and winning American Idol at 19-years-old, the now 26-year-old Fantasia Barrino finds herself in a heaping load of BS! Just yesterday, Fantasia was exposed by North Carolina, Paula Cook, who claims the Idol winner is driving force behind her separation from her hubby, saying Fantasia was doinking Mr. Cook and taping every last bit!
JUST RELEASED STATEMENT by the Idol winner's rep:
Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly.
Fantasia believed Mr. Cook when he told her he was not happy in his marriage and his heart was not in it. She believed him when he told her he and Mrs. Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr. Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere.
He even took her there. One of Mr. Cook’s most redeeming qualities was his complete devotion to his children. Fantasia fell in love with Mr. Cook and believed that he loved her.
Fantasia and Mr. Cook dated on and off for about eleven months. The pressure of the constant media attention was hard on their relationship. Fantasia gave inconsistent interviews about the status of her relationship with Mr. Cook because sometimes they were on and sometimes they were off.
When they were on, they spent most of their time together when she was not traveling with work.
Fantasia read Mrs. Cook’s Complaint against Mr. Cook for the first time yesterday. She knows some of the allegations in Mrs. Cook's complaint are totally false. There are others she strongly doubts. There is plenty she does not know.
Fantasia is heartbroken and is sorry for any pain she may have caused.

Of course Barrino denies all the shiiiii that this North Carolina divorcee is spreading and her manager confirms: "Fantasia is certain that she is not responsible for the deterioration of [their] marriage."
Adding: "Fantasia will weather this storm with the dignity and grace that she has exemplified throughout a life in which she has repeatedly overcome obstacles and challenges."

Slightly successful Idol winner Fantasia Barrino has finally come out with a new single and video titled "Bittersweet," and it ain't half bad!
Fantasia's rise to the top has certainly been bittersweet. She has faced being taken advantage of by family members, and having her money mismanaged and squandered. I feel sorry for the girl, but at least she got to spill her beans on Oprah! (Something I’ve been hoping to do for years…)
But now she's back with a hit reality show, and a sound that I think some people will really enjoy!
