David Letterman Talks Banning Donald Trump

When Dr. Phil asked Dave if he thought Donald Trump was racist, Dave said "Well, yes."
Lame-@$$ "Doctor" Phil MacGraw attempted to outscoop Oprah in 2005, even telling his producers to keep Oprah's staff in the dark about it. Back in 2005, Oprah was set to interview missing person Natalee Holloway's mother Beth Holloway about the disappearance of her daughter. Too bad for Oprah, Dr. Phil had the same interview planned BEFORE Oprah's interview.
Documents obtained by TMZ found emails quoting Dr. Phil as saying "WE DEFINITELY NEED TO SCOOP THE DEAL...IF [BETH] TELLS THE OPRAH PEOPLE ABOUT US THEY WILL LIKELY ATTEMPT TO DERAIL IT." His producer responded "Yippie scoopin the big O!!" Yikes, I wouldn't want to be caught in that crossfire!
Turns out that Dr. Phil has lucked out--McGrady is filing for bankruptcy causing the judge to rule a "stay on the case." According to court documents, McGrady says that "the McGraws make false promises to induce vendors and/or employees into providing unique and extraordinary services, then falsely accuse those vendors or employees of a wrongdoing related to those services." The designer says that Dr. Phil agreed to promote her skin cleansing product on his show, which never happened. Additionally, wife Robin McGraw reportedly took credit for some of McGrady's designs.
