After being admitted into ICU for a 105 degree fever, it looks like Charlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, will be spending another night in the hospital and will reschedule their Aspen court date because she is just TOO ill.
TMZ reports that each spouse's attorney have asked that the heading be pushed to February 8th and in the mean time, the restraining order places on Charlie preventing him from seeing Brooke has been lifted to he could visit her in the hospital.
E! News Online reports "Brooke had to have emergency surgery to have her wisdom tooth extracted. It became infected. The infection spread and now she has pneumonia in both lungs." Feel better soon Brooke! Life's too crazy to throw pneumonia on top!

Serious Threats On Set Of "Two And A Half Men"

TMZ is reproting that yesterday afternoon security guards stormed the set of Two and a Half Men after a "significant" threat was made against Charlie Sheen's costar Jon Cryer.
The website reported that it wasn't a false alarm, but that whatever threats had been made to the show's leading man were to blame (somehow?!) on the messy divorce Jon is going through with his ex-wife (Yeah, he bats for that team! I know!?). Wow Jon and Charlie = Birds of a feather that flock together!
Audience members were asked to leave and the show continued filming for the day. A lawyer for Cryer's ex-wifey, Sarah Trigger, defends his client saying: "There's no reason in the world why Sarah would do anything like that." DO WHAT? We need someone to spill we bloggers the beans! Those Two and a Half Men are turning out to be more the half in thee ole game of marriage, aren't they?!

Remember when Hot Shot Charlie Sheen's wife (drunk) dialed Aspen police to report that her hubby had pulled a knife on her Christmas morning? Well after all that went down between the two boozie, middle aged married hawt messes, Charlie Sheen has surrendered his Los Angeles home to his twins' mama Brooke Mueller so as not to violate her restraining order against him.
RadarOnline.com reports that Brooke Mueller is back in the couple's Los Angeles home and Sheen has made arrangements to stay elsewhere. Although Charlie's lawyer has asked that the restraining order be suspended, Aspen district attorney Arnold Mordkin filed a motion to oppose this suggestion.
Mueller says she wants to stay married, but word on the street is Two and a Half Men's Charlie Sheen is looking for an out! But let's be real! After pulling a knife on the mom of your children, you're left few options legally!

"I thought I was going to die for one hour." I'm not sure why, but the Aspen, Colorado Police department has released the 911 call actor Charlie Sheen's drunk wifey, Brooke Mueller (She blew a .13), made early Christmas morning.
In the audio, you can hear a tipsy-n-teary Brooke Mueller reporting that her husband Charlie Sheen has a knife in his back pocket that he's threatened her with and that she would "need to file this report." She repeats the bit about 'filing a report' around 10 times until the dispatcher gets a little frustrated when trying to clear-up just HOW serious the domestic dispute was.
What about these family members that were witnessesl? What say you?! And why does she want the report so, so bad? We want to know what in the hell went down in that little snowy chalet...sounds super Jack N. a la The Shining...

When questioned by police, Charlie Sheen's baby mama and wittle wifey, Brooke Mueller, says that her hubby had threatened her with a knife.
TMZ reports that one of the two felony charges that Sheen faces was menacing (a threat involving a deadly weapon) and menacing. Leading-up to the fight, 32-year-old Mueller and 44-year-old Sheen were partying harder than their little once-alcoholic bodies could stand:
"They were fighting at a dinner in a friend’s house and it continued until the next morning," a source close to Mueller told People Magazine. "Both of them were drinking and neither was supposed to be. They both have histories of alcohol abuse and have made every effort to stop. But things got out of hand."
RadarOnline reports that Brooke, went berserk when her husband tried to talk to her about her out of control drinking following the party. A source reveals that she was so heated-up that she called 911 and told the police that her husband had choked her...Huh?
No Mueller is hesitant to chat, Charlie has booked it back to Los Angeles since being released, and around every corner is another story with new details about what MIGHT have gone down. Give us the real dish, someone pleaseeee!

Christmas morning, Aspen, Colorado police responded to a 911 call to a local vacation home to arrest 44-year-old Two and a Half Men star, Charlie Sheen on a felony charges of second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief. TMZ reports that cops indulged that these charges are coupled with a domestic violence component.
Charlie Sheen married the alleged victim of the dispute, his third wife Brooke Mueller, in 2008 and the couple have twins together. Sheen was released from the Pitkin County Jail after posting $8,500 bond and is scheduled to appeart before a judge on February 8, 2009;
Sheen's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, dishes: "Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."
