Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' middle child (Surprise), Scout, has been arrested for using a fake ID in NYC. The 20-year-old aspiring singer was busted for giving NYPD a fakey license after she was busted for drinking a beer in Union Square! Uhh… even if you are 21, that's illegal!
After spending some time in the slammer, Scout was released and charged with criminal impersonation and breaking the open container law, both misdemeanors. If convicted, Scout could face a year in prison for the ID charge, but of course that won't happen. The open container carries a stiff $25 fine.

Back in April WT411 reported on Amanda Bynes getting pulled over for driving under the influence. Since the initial arrest, the actress has also been charged with a hit-and-run. Now Amanda is trying to get some higher powers to help her out, asking President Obama to intervene in the case!
Taking to Twitter Amanda said, "I was not in any hit and runs. I don't drink so the DUI is false." Bynes then tweeted at Obama, "Hey Barack Obama… I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
OK Amanda, first off: You ran your car into a police cruiser. Second, you refused to take a breathalyzer or blood test at the scene. Third, THE PRESIDENT HAS WAY MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES TO DEAL WITH THAN YOUR STUPID DUI CLAIMS. The end.

Facebook's initial offering of $38 a share was apparently grossly overvalued according to shareholders. And really, who can argue with them? At the time of this writing, FB is selling at $27 a share…a 29% decrease!
The controversy isn't that the stock is way down… it's that founder Mark Zukerberg unloaded a billion bucks worth of the company days after the initial offering, leading many to suspect Marky knew it was overvalued. The lawsuit claims Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs warned some (Zuckerberg) that the stock might be overvauled.
Yikes. Could Facebook going public be the beginning of the end for Zuckerberg's social media empire?

John Edwards Found Not Guilty!

A jury has found John Edwards not guilty on one of six campaign fraud charges from his presidential run back in 2008. The judge declared a mistrial on the remaining counts after jurors said they were deadlocked.
Edwards was facing a 30-year prison sentence and $1.5 million fine if found guilty of using campaign money to cover up a secret lovechild he had with his mistress Rielle Hunter. His wife Elizabeth was battling cancer at the time, which ultimately took her life in 2010. Edwards claimed the money used to hide his mistress came from a former campaign treasurer and an elderly supporter, both of whom gave the money as a gift for his benefit… not part of the campaign.

Landlord Sues Sean Kingston For Damages

Sean Kingston has been living it up in a dope Miami mansion for a mere $25,000 a month. The only problem is, he totally wrecked the place!
Sean's former landlord has filed a lawsuit saying that Sean skipped out on the last two months of his lease, owing $50,000. Not only that, he is accusing Sean of causing more than $20,000 in damages.

Teen Mom, Amber Portwood, has chosen to carry out with her five year jail sentence rather than going along with her court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.
The 22-year-old skipped out on a court appearance in Indiana, a major violation of her probation. She was originally arrested in December of 2011 for drug possession, and her life has been spinning out of control ever since.
Her brother tells E! "she does not deserve to be [in jail] or anything that has happened to her… she is there because of who she is." He adds "the system has failed her, and that's all I can say."

Unfortunately, if you violate your probation, you go to jail -- Teen Mom or not. We are sad that she has chosen jail time over rehabilitation though, but I guess this is what she needs...

No child custody case is pleasant, and all of them are emotional… if ya don't believe me just ask Usher (And if you can "just ask Usher," hook us up with that friendship!). Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster are arguing over custody of their two children aged three and four. When Tameka's attorney accused Usher of being a poor father (Not in the $$ sense), Usher broke down crying. The attorney showed pics of the singer out at clubs and even accused him of taking drugs, trying to create the image of an unfit (Not in the physical sense) daddy.

Um, gross. As if So You Think You Can Dance judge, Mary Murphy, isn't monstrous enough. Her longtime manager, Michael Sanchez, is suing her for $1 million in unpaid damages, saying she is "a desperate, cocaine-fueled nymphomaniac." Yikes! He also says that Mary forced producers to hide alcohol in her Coke cup. Her ex-manager claims that if it wasn't for him, her drug and sex addiction would have gotten her fired from Dance long ago.
