The model taunted her ex, Peter Cook's new wife, Suzanne Shaw, outside of the courtroom where they are quibbling about a few small financial maters. According to the New York Post, Christie yelled "when you find out he's been cheating on you, I'll be there for you." She then tapped Suzanne's head condescendingly. Suzanne hit back with "get a new line!" Gotta love old people acting like kiddos!

Apparently Drake and Chris Brown weren't the only celebs in the NYC club the other night when their brawl broke out... San Antonio Spurs point guard and ex-Eva Longoria hubby Tony Parker was there too. And now the NBA star is suing the W.i.P club for $20 million after he says he suffered a scratched retina from the fight!
Parker says club owners were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place. Frivolous much?

John Travolta Sued By Ex Gay Lover

Either John Travolta has some seriously weird tendencies when it comes to massages, or John Travolta is being seriously teamed up on by some weirdos. Author Robert Randolph wrote a book called "You'll Never Spa in This Town Again," a collection of supposedly true celebs getting freaky at spas. In the book Randolph writes in great length about JT engaging in sex with men, including Randolph.
Travolta denied the claims, so now Randolph is suing saying the actor spread lies and tried to diminish his credibility. A rep for Travolta says, "To evaluate the credibility of Robert Randolph and his ridiculous lawsuit one need look no further than his own statements published on his website stating that he sustained 'permanent brain damage' and had to 'retrain' his brain. Mr. Travolta will aggressively defend himself against this lawsuit and expects to be fully vindicated when this meritless case is dismissed."

Stephen Baldwin Loses Kevin Costner Lawsuit

Last week, WT411 told ya all about Stephen Baldwin's lawsuit claiming Kevin Costner screwed him outta millions. According to Baldwin, Costner had lied to him about a potential deal with BP after the New Orleans oil spill. The two were both part-owners in a company which created machines that separate oil from water. Baldwin sold his stake in the company right before it landed a $52 million deal with BP. Of course, Costner stayed in.
However, a federal jury sided with Costner, giving Baldwin zilch.

Because sometimes one filing just ain't enough! Yesterday, David Arquette filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years Courteney Cox. Now we've learned Cox has gone ahead and done the same. Cox also cites "irreconcilable differences," and seeks joint custody of their 8-year-old daughter Coco.
No word on a prenup from either party, which means David and Court will most likely split their assets… a good thing for DQ considering CC is estimated to be worth more than $75 million. That's what Friends are for!

Stephen Baldwin Suing Kevin Costner!

While the BP oil spill disaster was just that…a disaster, some made a large chunk of change off the spill. Actor/producer Kevin Costner has been part-owner in Westpac Resources, a company which invented a machine that separates oil from water. Stephen Baldwin also owned 10%, but according to a lawsuit Baldwin claims Costner and his partners duped him into selling his stake right before they reached a $52 million deal with BP to help clean up the spill.
Baldwin says Costner made it seem as if he was getting out of the company and advised him to do the same… only to later find out that wasn't the case.
It'd be really cool if they just settled this Hatfields & McCoys style!

Scout Willis Arrested For Using Fake ID

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' middle child (Surprise), Scout, has been arrested for using a fake ID in NYC. The 20-year-old aspiring singer was busted for giving NYPD a fakey license after she was busted for drinking a beer in Union Square! Uhh… even if you are 21, that's illegal!
After spending some time in the slammer, Scout was released and charged with criminal impersonation and breaking the open container law, both misdemeanors. If convicted, Scout could face a year in prison for the ID charge, but of course that won't happen. The open container carries a stiff $25 fine.

Back in April WT411 reported on Amanda Bynes getting pulled over for driving under the influence. Since the initial arrest, the actress has also been charged with a hit-and-run. Now Amanda is trying to get some higher powers to help her out, asking President Obama to intervene in the case!
Taking to Twitter Amanda said, "I was not in any hit and runs. I don't drink so the DUI is false." Bynes then tweeted at Obama, "Hey Barack Obama… I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."

Facebook's initial offering of $38 a share was apparently grossly overvalued according to shareholders. And really, who can argue with them? At the time of this writing, FB is selling at $27 a share…a 29% decrease!
The controversy isn't that the stock is way down… it's that founder Mark Zukerberg unloaded a billion bucks worth of the company days after the initial offering, leading many to suspect Marky knew it was overvalued. The lawsuit claims Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs warned some (Zuckerberg) that the stock might be overvauled.
Yikes. Could Facebook going public be the beginning of the end for Zuckerberg's social media empire?
