Lately, Octomom Nadya Sulman has been steeping in hot water with her perpetual unemployment, her itch for more plastic surgery, those 14 crying babies, and that pesky dude asking for his $460,000 back!
TMZ reports that the president/angel of Vivid Entertainment, Steven Hirsh, has offered the Octo-loco an 'indecent proposal' of sorts. The Porn King says he will pay off the balance due on her home if she is willing to star in a sex tape, commiserating: "I can only imagine the anxiety that this must be causing you and your family."
The man who sold the La Habra home to Nadya Suleman and her father has threatened to initiate foreclosure proceedings if she does not pay the $460,000 by end of the day Tuesday. What will she do?!
What would such a film be called?: A Fish Called Nadya? Octopussy? Foreclosing Nadya's Sulemans?

Down home Food Network chef, and possible American Idol guest judge (WTF??), Paula Deen is suing Celebrity Chef Tour for over a million dollars. Why? Paula was supposed to go on a cross country tour performing cooking presentations for $130,000 dollars a pop, but when she tried to cash her $150,000 advance the check bounced!
She walked away from the deal after never receiving any money and the company made it seem like the Food Network star dropped out of the tour for no apparent reason. Not True, says Deen!

Today the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco (Say what! Say what!) decided that Anna Nicole Smith's estate, consisting of her 3-year-old daughter Dannielynn and her father Larry Birkhead) will not receive money from Smith's ex-hubby who was as old as time, oil tycoon, J. Howard Marshall.
Anna Nicole Smith died of a shady drug overdose in 2007, following the death of her teen son. The Guess model and TV reality sh*t show was married the 89-year-old frail fox in 1994 when she was only 26-years-old. Anna Nicole Smith was intimate with Marshall once during their 14 month marriage, but nevertheless claimed she was promised over $300 million! She must have been THAT good! Although Marshall bought over $6 million dollars in gifts for the blonde bombshell, nothing in his will promised her any more money.
After years in and out of courts, the estate of Anna Nicole Smith has received over $88 million from this lawsuit...and as of today....I think it stops there!

The Ocotomama and her troops of children may be homeless in a matter of months, no thanks to the nasty recession, her consistent unemployment, and of course that having more babies was way mo' important than paying her mortgage.
Mother of 14, Nadya Suleman owes more than $450,000 according to the person whom holds the note on the single mother's La Habra, California property. Nadya and her father (who the title of the home is under) were required to pay $4,139 monthly for a year. About a week ago a $450,000 balloon payment was due and she is unable to cough up the half-mil. Go figz!
The next steps will be to begin initiate foreclosure proceedings against Octomom. Sad face.

Yikes! Little Lady Gaga is in a heap of trouble and is currently being sued for $35 million by her ex-producer that she tossed out with the trash!
Rob Fusari claims he helped Gaga become who she is today, that little Monster, and alleges he was one of the most important people involved in her getting a big ol' record deal.

Oh the horror! The youngest and least injected star of Real Housewives of Orange County Gretchen Rossi was served legal papers this week while enjoying a fashion show at The Grove.
Rossi's alleged ex-romp Jay Photoglou filed a lawsuit against the blonde bombshell for libel, slander and "five other counts" on January 29th. Photoglous claims that he and Gretchen were “intimately involved with Photoglou the entire time the show filmed Rossi’s first season" and claims that his solid reputation has been ruined since Gretchen called him a liar, drunk and a thief! EEk!

If Oprah says jump, we wait for her "Favorite Things" episode to get the dish on the moon shoes she's wearing! We always do what she says! So when the hostess talked ish on a certain headmistress of the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa, we believed her!
E! News Online reports there will be a trial March 29th for a $250,000 defamation suit against Oprah Winfrey by headmistress Nomvuyo Mzaname who was in charge of the Academy when a "dorm matron" was found guilty of abusing six girls ages 13 to 15.
"I feel that the girls were placed in an atmosphere where they were taught to be fearful and they were taught to literally be silenced. And so when you remove the systems and put in a different kind of leadership, all that will change" Winfrey said during the Nov. 5, 2007 news conference. Mzaname claims that during this press conference, Oprah blackened the headmistress' name permanently.

Today in Aspen, Colorado, Two And A Half Men and Hot Shots star Charlie Sheen pleaded not guilty to charges of alleged domestic violence on Christmas Day. While vacationing with his wifey Brooke Mueller, new twins, and friends, Mueller called 911 and claimed that Sheen had threatened her at knife point during a fight.
Rather than the typical Ray Ban-ed scoul, Radar Online reveals that Sheen looked refreshed and upbeat to appear in court today (Probably so ready to be done with this!) and even threw photogs a peace sign!
Charlie Sheen's lawyer Richard Cummins entered the "not guilty" plea and in turn a three-day trial to determine his guilt will begin July 21st. In another twist, joining Cummins will be Michael Jackson's former lawyer Steve Cochran. No doubt this team will win! But for Sheen's marriage, how do you bounce back from this disaster?
