Do you agree with Forbes that Oprah is the most influential celebrity?
For the second year in a row, Oprah has topped Forbes' Most Influential Celebrity in America list. The rankings were compiled based on likeability and personality traits, with Oprah beating all the celebs and stars with a 48% rating. Steven Spielberg comes in second at 47%, followed by Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard, George Lucas, Dr. Oz, Barbara Walters, Bono, Suze Orman and Clint Eastwood rounding out the top 10.

We can only hope these truly are the people who are influential, and not the Biebers, Rihannas, Chris Browns, & LiLos of the world.

Billy Clinton Parties With Gaga

Filed under: Bill Clinton, Lady Gaga, Bono, Usher

Would America be in a better position if Clinton were still President?

No, not Prince William… the cool one...William Jefferson Clinton! 65-years-young, the 42nd President celebrated his birthday with a lineup the VMAs would envy… Lady Gaga headlined and Bono, Stevie Wonder, Usher and others performed as well. And fortunately for everyone in attendance, Bill left the sax at home.

But wait, isn't the prez's birthday August 19th? Well Mr. Historian, yes it is. So why the party now? His charity, the Clinton Foundation, celebrated ten years of doing great work 'round the globe. Congrats William!

Bono Admits "Spider-Man" Musical Sucks

May 21, 2011 | 10:56 AM PDT

Wow, wasn't expecting this! U2 front-man Bono admits to Nightline that his Spider-Man Broadway musical was just as bad as the notorious reviews said.

Bono says "We really should have known that this is an incredibly difficult thing that people on Broadway do every day. And we had a lot to learn. You know, it was a lot to learn. We were way out of our depths." That's a lot for a rock star to admit!

In fact, Bono agrees with many of the reviews, adding "That's the sort of stuff we were saying backstage ... we don't disagree with the New York Times." HA!

U2 Fined For Overtime

August 26, 2010 | 08:00 AM PDT

Do you like U2's rock music?
"Uno, dos, tres, LIGHTS OUT"!! Oops! Richos, shmucks and all-around rock pop royalty, U2 was fined chump change of $22,000 for playing too loud and too long in Spain. Sounds epic, Bro! Syke!

The band was rehearsing in Barcelona for their 360º Tour when they ran over 2 hours past their "allowed time. Sources reveal that the Irish lads were rocking with their macho jocks out and totally forgot about the curfew. When you're playing to a crowd of chubby roadies in a giant stadium, it's easy to get carried away!

What's $22,000 to those dudes? Nothing!

Bono Chills with Lance Armstrong After Surgery

June 13, 2010 | 12:02 PM PDT

Filed under: Lance Armstrong, Bono, Twitter

Do you still love U2?
Probably the best celeb to hang out with when you're recovering from anything is ultimate bicyclist Lance Armstrong. I mean who wouldn't? After undergoing a major emergency surgery, U2 frtonman Bono took some time out for himself to heal and hang out.

Lance even tweeted this photo with the caption "Lunch with an old friend." Lance is standing with his pregnant girlfriend Anna Hansen and holds their son Max.

Bono has had to put his major North American tour on hold for over eight weeks because of the physical rehabilitation he's had to do since the surgery. Aye aye aye! That's a whole lotta lost moola!

Feel better Bono!

U2's Bono Rushed Into Back Surgery

May 21, 2010 | 11:40 AM PDT

Do you consider U2 to be one of the best bands of all time?
This morning U2-frontman and international hunk-of-a humanitarian, Bono, was rushed, last minute, into back surgery! Say what?!

While preparing for the band's upcoming 360 Degree World Tour in Munich, the 50-year-old ringleader sustained an unknown injury and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Did he hick-kick into a nose dive? Maybe he suffered karma-tic feedback while screaming: "Uno, dos, tres, CATORCE!"?!

A source close to the Irish lads dish: "Bono will spend the next few days there, before returning home to recuperate." The band has been forced to skip the first show of their tour in Salt Lake City and the manager warns to sit tight for further cancellations.
