Just being released from the hospital yesterday, a thicker and more refreshed Amy Winehouse lunched at one of her favorite local Marylebone restaurants, Fishworks. With her hair looking well(ish)-kept and her face the color of a living and breathing babe, Winehouse gave photogs a flash of her engagement ring as the shopped for Christmas decorations. The 26-year-old works her way "Back to Black," fueling rumors that although she may look like she’s putting her best breast implant forward, she may still be dating dead beat ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil. Yuck!

Amy Winehouse was hospitalized this week for a tearing tata or leaking lady lump if you will.
On Sunday, the singer was admitted to a London medical center for what was believed to be allergies to a cold medication, but her famewhore father quickly spilled the real beans. “It wasn’t because she had a cold. She’s fine, she just had a little leaky something or other.” Her buddy also confirmed it was her knockers that knocked her out to Britain’s Daily Mirror: “She saw something oozing out of her top. To see stuff seeping out was horrible.”
It’s only bigger, tighter and fuller from her on out. The “Back to Black” singer has found a new addiction and it’s to be nip and tucked into shape. She’s got big plans for major surgeries to enhance her look. Aren’t there laws against emaciated drug addicts getting plastic surgery? Hey-sus!

Today, Amy Winehouse and Ex-drug buddy hubby bubby changed their Facebook relationship statuses to married. The sloppy-two were granted a divorce on July 16, 2009 which just became final August 28th! Blake had initially filed for divorce in early 2009 on the grounds of infidelity, but now it looks like those grudges and problems are up in crack smoke.
Fielder-Civil professed his admiration to his old-new leading lady by also updating his status to read: “Can’t argue with true love. What’s the point?” The point could be: she wears a gnarly weave, you live in a drug den, most people despise you as a couple, should I go on? Although their remarriage isn’t legal, within the tween universe it’s like so totally legit. In no time at all, the married couple will be back to knocking boots and sharing needles. The first to sign to the Amy Winehouse label Lioness Records is none other than her goddaughter (for lack of better term), Dionne Broomfield. The epitome of exemplary behavior, with a rap sheet as high as her bee hive and a life line as skinny as her thighs, Amy Winehouse, has wasted no time in making a fast friend out of her adolescent protégé.
With smoky, basement recordings of the duo posted on YouTube and Winehouse bouncing back and forth between bad and terrible, I think the country of England holds it’s breath as it witnesses the train wreck that will surely follow this fateful relationship. It’s easy to see Amy’s mastering of Dionne’s vocals, but it’s even easier to see that this will undoubtedly go sour faster than you can say “Valerie.”
