Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen is FINALLY heading to rehab for a cool 30 days after being found guilty of misdemeanor assault in a Colorado court.
After all of the Christmas Day craziness with his former-methy-wife Brooke when the actor allegedly pulled a knife on his twins' baby mama, this is what he gets. Seems light, no?
Sheen has been ordered to complete 30 days in rehab and has 30 days to check into rehab. Y'okay?! Sheen will then be put on probation for three months and be required to complete domestic violence education coursework.
Following his hearing, the actor stated: "I'm very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me."

The actor, arrested for abusing wife Brooke Mueller in late 2009, was rumored to be in court on Monday, but that's been pushed back to August 2 — just one day before Two and Half Men starts filming its new season.
So what does this mean for the CBS sh!tcom? It may have to do the un-funny without Sheen, if he's going to be in jail. And he might be out money, since he gets paid $1.78 million for each episode!!!

Radar Online reports that Charlie Sheen and his most recent battered and cuckoo wifey, Brooke Mueller, have finally signed their 41-page divorce agreement, following their ugly Christmas Day brawl!
Despite Charlie's violent past, Brooke has agreed to joint custody of their twins, but don't you worry, the mama will STILL receive $55,000 a month in child support at a grand total of $757,689 a year! Wowee!
They say proceedings were to be kept a secret until after Charlie Sheen renegotiated his contract with Two And A Half Men.
Charlie Sheen hopefully asked for a lot more skrilla in his new contract because his ex-wifey Denise Richards already receives a wild portion of his pay check and now with a second high-profile divorce on his hands, the actor will be left with little for himself! An inside spills: “It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough."

Two and a Half Men minus one? Not quite.
TMZ is reporting that the sitcom star may loose a month of his summer vacation with a 30-day jail stint. Though it’s currently just a rumor, the gossip site claims Charlie Sheen will plea no contest to charges that he assaulted his whackadoo wife, Brook Mueller, last Christmas.
Whether you love Sheen or whether you’re just glad he’s off the streets, you’ll find out for sure on Monday when he goes arrives at his court date in Aspen, where he allegedly gave Brooke the worst Christmas present ever.
If all goes well, Sheen will be a free man well before he has to go back to begin filming the new season of Two and a Half Men.

It's wild to wonder about people who abuse their spouses, use drugs and still make millions of dollars! I guess money can't buy you your sanity?! TMZ reports that Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen will lose $1.5 million for peacing out the final two episodes of the season.
"Instead of doing 24 shows this year, we'll be doing 22," dished the series executive producer, Chuck Lorre. ""But 22 is a full order. They had asked us to produce two additional episodes, which we normally do. But we won't do it this year."
Supposedly Sheen is raking-in a ridiculous $825,000 per episode! I wouldn't miss anything for THAT much money!

Today in Aspen, Colorado, Two And A Half Men and Hot Shots star Charlie Sheen pleaded not guilty to charges of alleged domestic violence on Christmas Day. While vacationing with his wifey Brooke Mueller, new twins, and friends, Mueller called 911 and claimed that Sheen had threatened her at knife point during a fight.
Rather than the typical Ray Ban-ed scoul, Radar Online reveals that Sheen looked refreshed and upbeat to appear in court today (Probably so ready to be done with this!) and even threw photogs a peace sign!
Charlie Sheen's lawyer Richard Cummins entered the "not guilty" plea and in turn a three-day trial to determine his guilt will begin July 21st. In another twist, joining Cummins will be Michael Jackson's former lawyer Steve Cochran. No doubt this team will win! But for Sheen's marriage, how do you bounce back from this disaster?

Breaking news! After allegedly pulling a knife on drug-diva wifey, Brooke Mueller Christmas Day, Hot Shots star Charlie Sheen vehemently denied relapse rumors surrounding his stained past with alcoholism but has FINALLY checked himself into rehab.
Just this afternoon, Sheen's publicist released this statement: “As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series Two and a Half Men. He has asked that his privacy be honored. No further statements are planned. “
Although his wife Brooke left rehab on account of leaked private statements, she is said to currently be looking for a new facility and does not plan to check-in to the same as hubby Charlie Sheen.

Charlie Sheen was at court in snowy Aspen, Colorado today to hear his charges for his Christmas Day domestic violence dispute with his bonkers wifey Brooke Mueller.
TMZ reports that three counts have been filed against the Two And A Half Men star: felony menacing and misdemeanors of 3rd degree assault and criminal mischief.
Upon both sides' requests, the judge agreed to lift the restraining order so that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller can have contact with each other, although Sheen is still restricted from alcohol consumption, harassing Mueller and possessing firearms (WTF?). Sources say Charlie and Brooke hugged at the end of the hearing.

Charle Sheen's Car Crashes On Mullholland Drive

Early this morning Charlie Sheen's Mercedes Benz SUV was found crashed off the side of Mullholland Drive by LA police who were alerted to the scene when OnStar called 911 around 4am.
Police found no one in the car but immediately identified the SUV as Sheen's and called the Two And A Half Men actor who said he was unaware it was missing let alone abandoned in a Sherman Oaks ravine.
Sources reveal that didn't appear that anyone had ever been in the car after it went over the edge. Supposedly security and police swept Sheen's garage and found that the car must have been stolen?! This all seems a little fuzzy/fishy to me! I think Char knows more than he's fessing-up to...
