T.I. Released From Prison, Now In Halfway House

In an unexpected turn of events, today rapper T.I., aka Clifford Harris, was unexpectedly released from prison today with what was to be believed at LEAST 3 months left of sentence.
T.I.'s attorney, Steve Sadow, confirmed with XXLMag.com earlier this month, that he believed this turn of events to be swiftly approaching and now confirms: "He's on his way back to the Atlanta area. He has to report to a halfway house in Atlanta sometime this evening. And he will then spend somewhere between the next two or three months in a halfway house, ending his Bureau of Prison sentence."
The 28-year-old "King of the South," T.I., was arrested in 2007 after attempting to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers from undercover agents. Oops!!
This was all happening in the panicked wake of the death of his best friend who was killed following a party in Ohio in 2006. T.I. knew those bullets were meant for him, and was allegedly attempting to prepare himself for another such occurrence.
With a sentence reduced from a max 10 years in prison and $250,000, T.I. was sentenced to 366 days in prison and $103,000 in fines. In the end, he's served a total 7 months and will still have to compete 500 hours of community service and 23 days of house arrest. Not bad!

"Real Housewives of Orange County" Star Lynne Curtin In Trouble

You know that newish big-tata-ed babe of Real Housewives of Orange County, Lynne Curtin?! Kinda of an old-hippy airhead turned Ed Hardy sporting, daughter-pimping, bad dancing nightmare?! Yeah! That one! Well rounding out her list of superlatives this week is "Wanted Felon."
A warrant for 52-year-old Lynne Curtin's arrest was issued after she failed to appear in front of a judge in a million dollar legal battle relating to a former business partner. Apparently, Steven Tyler lookalike, Lynne, and her husband Frank, who's in construction, were ordered to appear in a Riverside, CA courtroom to answer questions relating to $1.2 million the married pair was ordered to pay a former partner.
The Curtin family had to appear in court earlier this year after being evicted from their home in August for failing to pay rent.

Another Hollywood romance $hit show has hit the fan this morning as Jamie-Lynn Sigler and her Entourage costar Jerry Ferrara, aka Turtle, have split. Wow! It's 1:30pm and romance is officially dead!
The rumor mill began pumping-out the hearsay on Dec. 15 when Jamie-Lynn arrived at the Los Angeles screening of It's Complicated with her own lady entourage and sans nerdtastic boyfriend.
"She came with a few girlfriends, and they drank wine all night. They looked like they were having a good time," a fellow party person told New York Daily News.
Then, like Jayde Nicole, decided to keep the party train moving with NSync hottie Lance Bass by shopping, hitting-up Susan Sarandon's NYC bar, Spin, and then catching Bass in Broadway's Burn the Floor.
But Spigler was the only broken heart getting jiggy with it this weekend. Ex-BF Ferrara hit the Hollywood club scene good and hard with co-star Kevin Connolley. "Kevin and Jerry arrived around 11 with a group of girls," a clubgoer dished to the New York Daily News. "They were dancing and hanging out and didn't leave until after 2 a.m."

(That may just be Tom's wild-eyes!) It's nice to see Cruise out of his typical camel-toed crazy pants and back to acting like a real bad @$$! I dig! Thoughts?

Rumor has it that four months after giving birth to a baby boy (her first child!), American Idol finalist and Grammy Award winning singer, Jennifer Hudson, is pregnant again!
Star Magazine is spewing that these rumors are true and even a close friend to 28-year-old Jennifer and her husband, wrestler, David Otunga confirms: "Jennifer was in total shock when she found out she was having another baby. She had wanted some space between the kids' ages. (But) she and David love kids. It's another thing for them to celebrate during the holidays."
Star Magazine says the Dream Girl was surprised by her unexpected Christmas present but that the little family is celebrating all of their blessings of 2009. Congrats!!! After EVERYTHING terrible that happened to Hudson in 2008, we hope things only get easier for the incredible singer.

Brittany Murphy's British screen writer widower, Simon Monjack, spoke exclusively to Access Hollywood Monday afternoon about the untimely death of his wife: “My world was destroyed yesterday.”
As we saw with the passing of DJ AM, the Hollywood community offered their condolences the best way they know possible, via Twitter, via their Blackberries. Despite the kind of dumb dumb approach to offering support to the surviving family, Brit's husband says that he was very moved by one Tweet imparticular from Murphy's ex-boy toy, Ashton Kutcher that read:
Simon Monjack told Access Hollywood: “I loved what Ashton [Kutcher] wrote on Twitter. It was comforting to me,” adding that actually he does not know his wife’s former co-star personally. “I couldn’t have said it better.” (And don't worry...he hasn't!)
