A commissioner demanded Britney Spears appear in court yesterday for her "conservatorship" case. TMZ reports that there are two conservatorships where an outside source is legally responsible for Britney Spears' financial well-being and one for her personal well-being. She was asked to appear in court so that the judge could properly asses her progress.
TMZ was told that her camp suggested she delay the hearing as not to be attacked by media people alerted of the hearing. Commissioner Goetz said: "The court was supposed to meet with Ms. Spears this afternoon and there was a misunderstanding. I'm going to continue the matter until next Friday at 1:30 and she will be here."
Britney Spears was spotted elsewhere in Los Angeles yesterday NOT GOING TO COURT. She was taking advantage of a free afternoon to get her nails did and catch-up on celeb gossip. We like your style girl!

Woah! Spotted today outside Olive Garden in Los Angeles (Olive Garden, really?) were my underage Twilight crush, Taylor Lautner, Pops Lautner, and Tay's ex-girlfriend/current girlfriend Sara Hicks!
Were-Hunk Lautner dated Sara Hicks throughout high school before splitting over jealously issues stemming from Tay's close relationship with costar Kristen Stewart. Since Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have hit the road, Lautner's high school sweetheart, Sara, has been hanging around a lot more , and we like!
With the Golden Globes this weekend, and lots of movies on the agenda for next year (Including another Twilight installment! Thank zee Lord!) the 17-year-old bulky babe will need some sweet arm candy to escort him to all of these fancy shmancy events! Will he and sweet thang Hicks be able to put their differences aside?

Once the baby arrives, she hopes to release the album Elope she produced a year ago with The Dream, telling the Daily Mail her plans to: "...re-do some of the music and make some new songs and find my new inspiration and, by the end of the year, come out with a new album."

We’re best friends and want to shoot one that’s a fun girl movie. But we’re not sure on it yet.”

Singer/songwriter Wyclef Jean and his family have returned to his country of Haiti to aid in relief efforts following the Tuesday's devastating earthquake. He rallied celebrities, fans and the world community using social networking sites Twitter and Facebook, urging everyone to donate to the rescue missions underway in the Caribbean. And it's working!
So far Wyclef Jean and his Yele Haiti Foundation have broken all records in fund raising efforts following a disaster, but as you can hear from Jean's interview with Fox News--They need more!
