Zooey Deschanel Stars In Pilot About Groupies

One of the girls I envy most in this world, 500 Days of Summer star, Zooey Deschanel will star in a new HBO pilot based on the Pamela Des Barres tell-all book I’m With The Band: Confessions Of A Groupie.
Pamela, the original sl00ty bandaid, was the woman who inspired Kate Hudson's character in Almost Famous. Funny enough, Zooey Deschanel acted in Almost Famous, but merely as the uptight sister of the teenage Rolling Stone reporter.
I imagine there will be a whole lot of rock and roll cameos and hook-ups which sounds all around good to me!
Last but not least, Zoey's band, She & Him have a new record out in March and Zooey will also be starring along side James Franco and Natalie Portman in 2010 film Your Highness.

Here's a sneak peak of what to expect from the so-so collaboration of mega super pop stars for the remake of the 1980's "We Are The World" co-written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. I spot some Jonas Brothers, Wyclef Jean, Celine Dion, Natalie Cole, Vince Vaughn (??) and Kenny Rodgers! This diddy will premiere at the opening ceremony of the Vancouver Winter Olympics on Friday, February 12. Whoop!

"I hate Valentine's Day. I can't stand it. I think that every day should be a day of romance. I think you should celebrate love 364 days out of the year. Then, on Valentine's Day, you should get to tell whoever you hate that you cannot stand them. There would be one day of hating, and 364 days of love"

Radar Online has learned that "You're My Cherry Pie" wannabe Anderson has wanted to snag a spot on the show for some time. “She really wanted to do the show and the show thought it was a great idea,” a source close to Pam spilled.

Only a few days after performing with the super duper fly foxes Lil Wayne and Drake, it's been leaked to the press that bleached-out and unforgiving rapper Eminem will be a dad again by his ex-wifey Kim.
Star Magazine spills that Eminem and his long-time lover, baby mama (DRAMA!), and muse Kim reunited a few months ago even after Kim told all of the greater Detroit region that Eminem was a druggie on the radio.
Star reports: "Eminem, 37, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, and Kim, who's due this Spring, got back together last June said the source. 'When he came into Kim's life again in a romantic way, she was floored,' said the friend. 'Kim's pregnany is going smoothly.' Another friend adds that they're expecting a boy."

What has the The Hills ex queen of mean, Lauren Conrad been up to lately? Well since peacing-out of the MTV hit reality show, she's been pursuing her own clothing line and writing (or having a nobody write) her book series!
Based loosely on her boring life, the first novel L.A. Candy's sequel Sweet Little Lies hit shelves this week and Lauren was in Times Square today kicking-off her book tour!
The L.A. Candy series follows the main beyotch Jane Roberts ups and downs of living in the spotlight and losing her BFF after tata-pics are leaked on the internet. Ohhh really? Sounds like The Hills season 4, no?
Lauren is tots lying when she says that any similarities between her life and the main character's are purely coincidental. Huh? ...like those scenarios happen to most people or something? Right.
