What can we say? Basically, a basic account means the account will be basic. In other words, a WT411 basic account is a no-charge, no-fuss account that allows you access to our juicy celeb gossip and WT411 polls. You can also have fun by earning points and by leaving us loads of comments! Signing up for a WT411 account is definitely a no brainer!

Hello! Don't ya know? An All Access account is the cream of the crop, the crème de la crème. It's the freakin' shiz ya'll! As an All Access member, you can play and earn points on the go, enjoy a 1000 point monthly bonus bump, and trade all of those hard earned points for sweet celeb-worthy swag! Shoot, you'll be the toast of the town.

Anyone can play. But, signing up is a different story...
To sign up, you must have a mobile phone with one of the following carriers: Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Alltel. Also, if you're under 18 years of age, go ask a parent, guardian or whoever is in large and in charge if you can play WT411. If it's okay with them, then it's okay with us! Click here to sign up. If you can't sign up, promise us you will at least come back and enjoy a delicious bowl of celebrity soup du jour, served daily! - Why do you need my mobile phone number?

Your mobile number is used to register you with WT411. This is similar to how other sites request your email address. We think mobile phones are way cooler and safer too! Nobody likes email hackers! Finally, WT411 will never drunk dial you, send you sexy texts, or turn into spammers ourselves. We promise!
- Is it safe to give WT411 my mobile phone number?

It most certainly is. Unless you decide that you want to receive poll alerts and more from WT411, we won't ever send you anything except your password via text message and we never share your information with anyone. Scouts honor!

Well, we must admit, we would hate to see you go. But, you can cancel your account anytime by logging in to WT411 and visiting your profile page. Under the 'My Profile' section, you will see your Account type and a link to cancel.
- How do I earn points?

That's the question of the hour. Points are more than just a way to track your progress, they are your status symbol. Your lifetime points rank you on WT411 and give you a shot at making the 'It List'.

- Voting on Polls: Score 10 points each time you vote on a poll.
- Agree with the Majority: Earn an extra 20 points for each poll you vote on when the majority of voters agree with you.
- Voting in our Interactive Photo Galleries: Rack up 5 points each time you place a vote!
- All Access Members: Snag 1000 points when you register as an All Access member and enjoy getting hooked up with 1000 points each month after that. Just our little way of saying thank you!

Lifetime points are the total number of points you have ever earned on WT411. We like to keep track of how important you are (j/k) and also use them to determine where you rank among other members. Don't worry, redeeming your hard earned points won't make this number go down.
- What are redeemable points?

- What happens to my redeemable points if I want to switch to a basic member?

If you decide to switch from an All Access account to a basic one, you're more than welcome to keep your current redeemable points, but unfortunately you won't continue to earn any. We wanna know why would someone like you go and do such a silly thing? You deserve better, but who are we to stop you.
- Can I keep my redeemable points forever?

Just remain an Active User and you can keep your redeemable Points for as long as you wish during the continuation of the redeemable Points program. To be an Active User all you need to do is what you want to do anyhow — login to your WT411 account at least one time and submit a vote to an active poll within 30 days of the last time you logged into your WT411 account and submitted a vote. If you are no longer an Active User your unused redeemable Points will be forfeited. Don't let that happen! Oh but hey, your lifetime points tally won't be affected either way.
- Can two members combine points?

- Can I change my phone number?

Unfortunately, we identify you by your phone number, so if it changes, you'll have to sign up for a new account. I know it's a bum out, but as P. Diddy sings, "That's just the way it is!"
- Can I change my stage name?

Just like Madonna, we totally believe in redefining and redesigning one's attitude. But who would the Queen of Pop be without her name? In other words, choose your name wisely, because it's yours to keep!
- Do I need to download something to use wt411 on my phone?

Nope, you just need to make sure you can receive and send text messages to play WT411 from your phone.
- How can I see what I've already voted on?

Go to your profile page where you'll find your 20 most recently closed polls, along with the final results and the number of points you earned by voting on that poll.
- How can I change the number of texts I receive with my All Access membership?

That's easy! You can change the number of texts that we send you by going to the 'My Profile' section on your profile page. At the bottom, you will see 'Poll SMS Settings'. Just click edit, and change this setting to whatever floats your boat.

After we post a poll, you have exactly 72 hours, or 3 full days, to vote before it expires. If you're worried about getting every possible vote in, check out our All Access membership to get more info on major mobile updates.
- How do I find out the results of a poll?

Want to see the results of a poll? Well lucky for you, those are easy to find. If you're a member, go to your profile page and check out the 20 most recently closed polls that you voted on. You can see how you voted, how many points you earned, and the final results of that poll. You can also go to any blog posting and quickly see the status of the poll. If it is closed, WT411 will display the final results.
- How do I leave a comment?
- Why is there a limit to the number of comments I can make on each post?

We hate to limit what the lovely WT411 boos and babes have to say, but if we don't we'll surely have a load of icky spammers on our hands. You should be able to let loose and get wild in a forum free of internet pests! So in order to prevent them from ruining everyone's fun, we put a limit on comment numbers. It upsets us too!
- Is there a way to receive polls on my phone?

Yes, by signing up for an All Access account (at $9.99 per month) you can decide how many or how few texts you'd like to receive from us a day. Even when away from the computer, All Access members can receive poll questions via text, and respond and play for points! You never have to skip a beat.
- How do you get on the It List?

Everybody is invited to join the rankings of our 'It List.' Based on Lifetime points, WT411 calculates the top ten hotties and lists them for you to look up to and envy.
- How often is the It List updated?

We recalculate member rankings every 24 hours. Each day, the 'It List' has the potential to add a new friend or drop an old foe.
