The Lost Boys perpetually lost star Corey Haim died early this morning at his mother's apartment. The 38-year-old Two Coreys star had been sick the last couple of days with flu-like symptoms although the four bottles found by Haim's body are said to be unrelated to him being ill.
TMZ reports that Haim got out of bed around 1am and collapsed in front of his mother, who immediately called 911. Sources say Haim was taken out of his apartment on a stretcher with an oxygen mask and died at the hospital. What is confusing it that The Prayer of the Rollerboys boo was first confirmed dead at 3:38am, but now the Los Angeles Coroner's Office says it was actually at 2:15am. Weird, no?
Although it has not been confirmed, because of Haim's well known addiction to prescription medications, many believe that the actor died of an accidental drug overdose.
